Drs. Allan G. Farman, BDS, PhD, DSc, MBA, and William C. Scarfe BDS, FRACDS, MS, of Diagnostic Maxillo-Facial Imaging University Associates
(DMFI UA) offer CBCT Tutor and CBCT Assist. CBCT Tutor provides personalized “clinician-oriented” training and instruction in the use of the i-CAT, ensuring advanced technical competency in the use of the i-CAT, professional competency in CBCT interpretation and advice on communication and marketing. There are two ways to take advantage of CBCT Tutor - either "On the Job" where DMFI UA will travel to your practice and train you and your staff at your facility or "At our Job" where you and/or your staff can visit with DMFI - UA at our facility in Louisville, Kentucky. CBCT Assist is able to assist practitioners in interpreting CBCT images by providing interpretation consultation services by Board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Radiologists in cases where an additional review of the imaging findings is considered necessary. Our interpretation services are provided as second opinions or “over read” interpretation consultations to referring practitioners for i-CAT CBCT scans, especially those involving suspected hard tissue pathology. Drs. Ted Freeland, Bob Frantz, and Andy Girardot are the directors of Advanced Education in Orthodontics (otherwise know as Roth/Williams USA).

They offer a cumulative 2-year program to teach participants the Roth/Williams orthodontic philosophy. The course presents all of the "pieces of the puzzle" necessary for balancing clinical excellence with profitability, and is rooted in the principles of Functional Occlusion. One primary objective of this program is to provide the practicing orthodontist with knowledge regarding occlusion and the TMJ as it applies to the diagnosis, treatment planning and execution of treatment, through and beyond the retention period. Combined, the leaders have over 75 years experience teaching and practicing the Roth/Williams philosophy. The course is taught in the new University of Detroit-Mercy Dental School. There are seven four-day sessions held over a two-year period. Instruction during these sessions will be by lecture, demonstration and clinical experience. There are homework assignments to be done between each session at the participant's office. Each session will build on the skills and information taught at the previous session. A new class is started each year, and enrollment is limited. There is an early enrollment discount. For more information, please go to:
